• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Final pricing may vary based on material availability, site conditions discovered during works, and any changes requested by the Client after approval of the initial scope.
• Any additional works, variations, or change orders requested by the Client will be quoted separately and require written approval before proceeding.

4. Project Engagement & Payments

• A formal agreement, contract, or signed quotation confirming scope, timeline, and payment schedule will be issued prior to commencement of any project.
• Payment terms (including deposit, milestone, and final payment amounts) will be specified in the individual project contract.
• Work will not commence, and materials will not be procured, until the agreed deposit or advance payment has been received.
• Delayed payments may result in a corresponding delay to the project schedule and, where applicable, the suspension of works until payment is received.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith based on the agreed scope of works. Actual completion dates may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to material lead times, third-party approvals (such as landlord, developer, or municipality/DEWA approvals), weather conditions, and changes requested by the Client during execution. We will communicate any anticipated delays to the Client as early as possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate site access, information, and any required permissions or approvals (e.g., landlord/developer NOC, building management approvals) in a timely manner.
• Ensuring the site is safe and accessible for our team and any subcontractors during agreed working hours.
• Reviewing and approving designs, materials, and change requests within the timeframes communicated by our project team, to avoid delays.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty coverage on completed works and installed materials will be specified in the individual project contract or handover documentation, and is subject to normal wear and tear, proper use, and maintenance by the Client. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or works carried out by third parties after handover.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, SJM Innovations Technical Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this Website or from project delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Our liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total value of the relevant signed contract.

9. Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges for work already completed, materials ordered, or time committed prior to cancellation, will be outlined in the individual project contract. Deposits paid to secure material orders or specialist labor may be non-refundable once procurement or works have commenced.
